✨Business Development Manager ✨

NextGen Recruitment Agency is launching a talent search for a specialist in the iGaming sector for one of our partners.

🔆Key Responsibilities:
🔅Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the iGaming industry
🔅Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators, brands, affiliate networks, and strategic partners
🔅Lead commercial negotiations and close deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)
🔅Expand existing partnerships and maximize revenue potential
🔅Work closely with internal teams (Media Buying, Affiliate Managers, Operations) to align business and traffic strategies
🔅Analyze performance metrics such as FTDs, CPA, LTV, retention, and GEO performance
🔅Represent the company at international iGaming conferences and events (Sigma, SBC, ICE, etc.)

🔆Requirements:
🔅Proven experience in Business Development within the iGaming industry
🔅Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and monetization models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid)
🔅Fluent or near-native English (spoken and written) — mandatory
🔅Established network of contacts in the iGaming industry — strong advantage
🔅Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
🔅Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

⚜️Nice to Have:
▫️Experience working with affiliate platforms (Affise, NetRefer, MyAffiliates, etc.)
▫️Willingness to travel for conferences and partner meetings
▫️Experience in international / remote teams.
