We’re hiring a Product Manager to join a European regulated broker and help build a best-in-class trading experience.

We operate as a team of teams: autonomous, cross-functional product teams owning the full lifecycle — from discovery to delivery and beyond.
No hierarchy, no micromanagement — teams decide how to work, what to prioritize, and how to deliver value. Leadership is about coaching, not control.
What you’ll do
• Shape product vision, goals, and metrics together with your team
• Lead product discovery: user research → insights → problem definition
• Turn ideas into small, testable increments and validate them with users and data
• Continuously reprioritize based on feedback, market, and regulations
• Collaborate closely with other teams to build a seamless trader experience (web & mobile)
• Contribute beyond your core role when needed

We’re looking for someone who
• Has 5+ years in Product Management (B2C FinTech, trading is a strong plus)
• Strong in product discovery, onboarding, and funnel optimization
• Comfortable working with data, experiments, and product metrics
• Understands Agile and iterative product development
• Can balance customer value, business goals, and technical constraints
• Has experience working in collaborative, peer-to-peer environments
