🔎 We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive growth and scale our partner network across African markets.

💼 What you’ll do:
▫️ Build and grow a strong network of affiliate partners.
▫️Negotiate and manage high-impact deals (Fix/CPA).
▫️Analyze partner performance (Power BI) and unlock growth opportunities.
▫️Monitor traffic quality and ensure compliance.
▫️Collaborate with content & design teams to support partner campaigns.

🎯 What we’re looking for:
▫️2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
▫️Proven experience working with African markets (must-have).
▫️English and Russian language proficiency.
▫️Strong analytical mindset (CR, NGR, ARPU).
▫️Experience with BetB2B, Slack, Jira, Power BI.
▫️Solid negotiation skills and ability to spot fraud risks.
▫️Existing active partner base is a must.
