My name is Sasha, I’m a recruiter working with an international Forex brokerage company operating across global markets.

We are currently looking for experienced Account Managers / Retention Agents to join a fast-growing UK-focused project within the company.

The company works with international trading clients and is expanding its teams due to strong business growth. The role is fully office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and the company provides a full relocation package for selected candidates.

Your responsibilities would include:

* Managing and growing a portfolio of international clients
* Retaining existing traders and building long-term relationships
* Identifying upsell opportunities and converting leads into active clients
* Working closely with the marketing team on campaigns and client engagement strategies
* Monitoring client feedback and market trends to improve client experience
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
* Consistently meeting individual sales and retention KPIs

We are looking for candidates who have:

* At least 1 year of experience in Forex as a Retention Agent / Account Manager
* Experience working with international clients (UK, EU, Australia, Canada, South Africa markets is a plus)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
* A results-driven mindset and ability to work in a performance-based environment
