An international payments company is launching a new crypto-focused project and is expanding commercial team.

📝 About the Role:

We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager with a solid background in crypto projects.
This role is heavily focused on crypto business development, partnerships, and market expansion, with payments expertise as an important but secondary layer.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development for the crypto project from early-stage growth to scaling.
- Build and develop partnerships within the crypto and payments ecosystem (exchanges, wallets, crypto platforms, PSPs, merchants).
- Actively source, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Use and expand personal industry network to accelerate partnerships and deals.
- Identify new markets, partnership models, and revenue opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations and manage partner relationships end-to-end.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to support onboarding and long-term cooperation.
- Monitor crypto and payments market trends and translate them into commercial actions.

💼** Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development within payments and crypto.
- Strong crypto background, with at least the last 3 years working in crypto projects.
-** Proven track record of closing deals and building partnerships in the crypto industry.
- Deep understanding of crypto business models and payment flows.
- Strong networking skills and an established network in crypto / fintech / payments.**
**- High level of independence and ownership.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English - fluent, Russian - native.
