Email Marketing Manager

We're 88 Projects, an international team working in Nutra & Affiliate Marketing, focused on German, Austrian and Swiss markets. We're looking for an Email Marketing Manager who knows how to re-engage customers and maximize retention performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop, launch, and optimize email and SMS campaigns for Nutra offers
Create automated sequences (welcome, upsell, cross-sell, reactivation)
Set up triggered campaigns, A/B tests, and audience segmentations
Manage the database: cleaning, segmentation, and conversion growth
Work with tracking systems and ROI analytics
Work with high-volume email traffic and have experience operating in high-risk or spam-sensitive environments (affiliate / Nutra / aggressive email marketing)
Optimize deliverability and inbox placement, including experience with spam filters, warming domains, and maintaining sender reputation

Our expectation:
2+ years in email marketing (preferably in grey products)
Understanding of DACH audience specifics (nice to have)
Proficiency with ESPs (Selzy, Klaviyo, MailWizz, eSputnik, SendPulse, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset, proactivity, and attention to detail
English B2+
