Junior/Middle Corporate Lawyer
📍Limassol, Cyprus

iGaming company is looking for a Junior/Middle Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support across multiple jurisdictions (EU and non-EU) under supervision of the Head of Legal related to license matters.
- Conduct legal research on iGaming, payments, fintech and corporate law matters and prepare structured summaries.
- Assist the Head of Legal regarding company structuring and cross-border operations.
- Draft, review and prepare first versions of commercial agreements (PSP, affiliates, providers, service agreements, NDAs).
- Prepare internal legal documentation systems, including structured tables, trackers, checklists, guidelines and legal memos for internal teams.
- Support internal teams with basic legal guidance based on approved policies and templates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in law
- Experience as a junior lawyer / legal assistant
- English proficiency (C1+)

Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Cyprus corporate law
