What You’ll Be Working On (Your Impact)
Hands-on manual testing of backend APIs (Postman), web apps, and mobile apps (iOS/Android on real devices/emulators via Sauce Labs/BrowserStack).

Analyze requirements/user stories to create test scenarios; perform E2E testing for UI/backend data consistency.

50/50 manual + automation: Design/maintain automated scripts for React web (Selenium) and Flutter mobile (BrowserStack/Android/iOS).

Retest fixes, regression, functional/performance/compatibility testing; ensure coverage via test cases.

Integrate automations into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) with DevOps for fast releases.

Log/track defects in Jira; collaborate with devs, PMs, UX on test plans.

Participate in Agile sprints (planning/reviews/retros); set up automation frameworks from scratch.

Multitask in fast-paced startup: Self-starter mindset essential for high-impact deliverables.

Must-Haves: Ready for 50/50 manual/automation split; experience building automation from zero; thrive in multitasking startup with cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years QA experience testing APIs, web, mobile (iOS/Android).

Strong manual testing (functional/regression/smoke/sanity/exploratory); translate requirements to test cases.

Decide automation vs. manual; hands-on Postman/REST APIs, Selenium, BrowserStack/Sauce Labs.

Agile/Scrum lifecycle, defect management; tools: Jira/Confluence, Git/Bitbucket/GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory/Maven.

Java basics (Arrays/Collections); frameworks like JUnit/TestNG preferred.

Analytical/problem-solving; excellent comms/teamwork; detail-oriented.

Preferred: AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker/Kubernetes; Web/mobile methodologies.

Interview Process
