We are strengthening our local presence in Arabic countries and are looking for a specialist who will build a structured local marketing system — conducting market research, managing agencies, and launching effective marketing initiatives.

**🎯 Role Mission
**To create a sustainable and scalable local marketing infrastructure through:
Market research and competitive analysis
Selection and management of local agencies
Launch of local marketing initiatives
Budget control and performance optimization

**🧩 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Research & Market Intelligence
**Conduct research on the local market (online & offline)
Analyze competitors and their marketing activities
Identify new channels and growth opportunities
Monitor trends and audience behavior
Prepare analytical insights and strategic recommendations

**2️⃣ Local Marketing Strategy
**Adapt global marketing strategy to the Arabic market
Propose and plan local campaigns
Coordinate campaign launches and execution

**3️⃣ Agency Search & Management
**Research and select local marketing agencies
Compare commercial proposals
Negotiate cooperation terms
Brief agencies and monitor execution
Evaluate performance and optimize partnerships

**4️⃣ Local Communications & Activations
**Organize local marketing initiatives and brand activations
Ensure high-quality localization of marketing materials
Coordinate production and external vendors

**5️⃣ Performance Monitoring & Reporting
**Track campaign results
Analyze cost efficiency
Prepare regular reports

**👤 Candidate Profile
**We are looking for a proactive, structured, and analytically minded specialist.
**Required:
**1–3 years of experience in marketing / communications / project coordination
Experience working with agencies or external vendors
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to structure information and draw insights
Fluent English (mandatory)
Ability to work from the office in Limassol
**Strong Advantage:
**French language
Arabic language
Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or other regulated industries
Experience in offline activations
Understanding of digital marketing channels
