🚀 Art Director (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the artistic vision and execution of iGaming projects. The role combines creative leadership, hands-on artistic expertise, and management of art teams across the full production cycle.

📍 Location: Valencia, Spain
✈️ Relocation support provided

Responsibilities:
— Lead art teams and oversee artistic direction across projects
— Ensure final visual quality meets artistic guidelines, technical constraints, and deadlines
— Contribute to visual materials from concept to final production when needed
— Review graphic assets to ensure consistency and quality
— Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities when required
— Improve art workflows and maintain production standards
— Foster collaboration across teams and departments

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar leadership role
— Strong understanding of production pipelines, industry tools, and workflows
— Portfolio demonstrating characters in realistic or semi-realistic styles
— Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire artists
— Strong artistic taste and attention to detail
— Ability to work across multiple art styles
— English – Upper-Intermediate or higher
