Head of Payments/Financial (High-Risk/PSP)
Location: Remote

The Goal: Build a bulletproof payment infrastructure for iGaming from scratch. No bureaucracy, full ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure: Onboard high-risk acquirers/EMIs; set up smart routing & cascading.
Team: Hire and lead Ops, Risk, and Tech Integration units.
Risk: Keep chargebacks below Visa/MC thresholds; optimize MCC/BIN routing.
Growth: Scale GEOs (LATAM, Asia, Africa) and crypto-settlements.

Requirements:
5+ years in High-Risk Payments (Gambling/iGaming focus).
Network: Direct contacts with banks and payment providers.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of card acquiring, APMs, and fraud prevention.
