📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus

🔎 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Monitor and support production systems (payments, client interfaces, trading platforms)
▪️ Participate in incident management (P1/P2), escalation, and coordination
▪️ Investigate and resolve production issues across services/environments

💼 Re**quirements
▪️ 3+ years in Production Support / Technical Support / SRE**
▪️ Strong SQL (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL): investigations, validation, performance queries
▪️ Understanding of locks, slow queries, replication (basic level)
