Treasury & Finance Manager (PSP / Crypto)
Location: Remote
Career Path: Evolution to Head of Treasury

Role Overview:
Directly supporting the Founder, you will own liquidity management and financial integrity across all fiat and crypto channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a scaling fintech startup.

Core Responsibilities:

Liquidity Management: Monitor real-time balances across bank accounts, PSPs, and crypto wallets. Ensure sufficient float for seamless payouts.

Settlement Operations: Oversee settlements from providers and exchanges. Verify on-chain transactions (TX hashes, confirmations, network fees).

Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations between internal ledgers, bank statements, and blockchain records. Resolve all discrepancies.

Reporting & Risk: Prepare daily treasury reports. Track rolling reserves, financial exposure, and provider concentration risks.

Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in Treasury, Finance, or Settlements within Fintech, PSP, or Crypto sectors.

Crypto Proficiency: Practical experience with blockchain explorers, stablecoins (USDT/USDC), and networks (TRON, Ethereum).

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; ability to build audit trails and automate reporting workflows.

Mindset: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
