Senior Camera BSP & Middleware Engineer (Android BSP Engineer)

Format: Remote
Location: Global, outside Russia and Belarus
Salary: Up to $3,700

We're hiring an experienced Senior Camera BSP & Middleware Engineer responsible for developing and supporting a unified camera infrastructure for Linux and Android platforms.

🎓 Key Requirements:
— Strong experience developing Linux kernel camera drivers and working with V4L2 (including sub-device drivers)
— Proven experience integrating and supporting Android Camera HAL
— Hands-on experience with bring-up camera sensors and board-level integration
— ​​Experience with Device Tree/DTBO overlays (power sequencing, reset, MCLK configuration)
— Experience configuring the image quality pipeline, including: AE, AWB, AF, LSC, TNR
— Deep understanding of embedded Linux and Android architecture

- Коммерческий опыт работы с Claude Code (№1 приоритет) или другими agentic coding tools (но Claude Code — обязательно)
- 5+ лет опыта в Full-Stack разработке
- Сильная экспертиза в Golang (основной фокус роли)
- Опыт построения фичей end-to-end (архитектура → реализация → продакшен)
