**Vacancy: Project manager
Location: Barcelona**
Work load: full-time

About company
We are a fintech holding building infrastructure for the next generation of payments. Our solutions cover the entire financial operations cycle — from core banking and processing to cards, wallets, and anti-fraud systems.
Over the last 6 years, we have built a robust infrastructure in the EU, launched our own payment products, and continue to grow rapidly.
We are currently looking for a systematic and proactive IT Project Manager to lead our development processes, build transparent workflows, and act as the bridge between business and the technical team.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Management: Lead full-cycle IT projects, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional development team (Backend, DevOps, ML Engineers) of 5–15 people.
Process Optimization: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Retro, Planning, Refinement) and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
Planning: Manage the project Roadmap, prioritize the backlog, define timelines, and monitor deadlines.
Requirements Management: Gather, clarify, and decompose requirements from stakeholders and customers, translating them into technical tasks.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential issues, remove blockers, and mitigate risks.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, technical requirements, and workflows in Confluence.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience managing technical teams (3+ years).
Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience in their implementation or optimization.
Tools: Advanced proficiency in Jira (workflow configuration, reporting) and Confluence.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between developers and business stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic fintech environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Nice to have:
Experience in Fintech, Banking, or with High-load systems.
Experience scaling products from MVP to Production versions.
Technical background (previous experience in Development, QA, or Analytics).
We Offer:
Ambitious Challenges: Participation in the development of complex products within a large international holding with its own infrastructure.
Relocation to Europe: Opportunity to relocate to Spain (Barcelona) with full visa and legal support from the company.
Flexibility: Fully remote work, flexible schedule, and a culture of autonomy without micromanagement.
Equipment: Corporate MacBook and coverage of all necessary software.
Atmosphere: Freedom in decision-making, minimum bureaucracy, and direct contact with the founders.

**Vacancy: Customer support
Location: Barcelona
Work load: Full-time**

About company:
We are a B2B payment processing company with offices in Estonia, Spain, Switzerland and Kazakhstan. Our tech works. Our support discipline doesn’t. We don’t need someone to build KPIs, templates or “support strategy”. We need someone who makes sure clients never sit unanswered.
What’s broken:
We have ~8–10 support agents, scripts, rules and tech. What we don’t have is control. Messages from key merchants can sit 30–40 minutes. Founders end up jumping into chats themselves. That’s why this role exists.
Key responsibilities:
You run support in real time.
You will:
Monitor all support channels
Know who is on duty
See when a client is being ignored.
Push, escalate, call, force — until someone takes ownership.
Make sure tech gives an answer and it reaches the client.
Track who keeps failing and replace them.
You don’t solve tickets. You make sure they get solved. You report directly to founders and you can fire people.
Requirements:
You are not a “process” person. You are an operator.
You should have:
Experience in fintech, payment processing or e-commerce
Understanding of transactions, Visa/Mastercard, conversion drops
Enough authority that people actually listen to you
Languages:
English (must)
Russian (big plus)
Location: Spain, Barcelona preferred, Europe is fine
We offer:
Competitive base + strong annual bonus for performance.
