Role Overview
The role will lead end-to-end financial analytics and dashboard development, combining strong finance business understanding with advanced SAC capabilities. The candidate will convert complex financial and operational data into structured insights to support strategic and operational decision-making and work closely with CFO Office.
Experience
· 10+ years of experience in Finance, ERP-driven reporting, and Analytics.
· Preferred with Extensive Finance Education (MBA finance, CA, etc.) and Experience background
· Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
· Deep exposure to Finance processes
· Experience working with multiple data sources (SAP S4/HANA ERP, CRM, manual datasets, Oracle Data).
Finance Expertise
· Strong finance business knowledge in Budgeting, Forecasting, Fund Management, and Spend Analysis
· Experience in Cash Flow management, Payment cycles, Advances, and Finance operational SLAs
· Ability to manage and analyze monthly/periodic financial reporting
· Exposure to Portfolio allocation and performance analysis (financial, operational, project, risk dimensions)
· Capability to interpret financial KPIs and translate them into structured business insights
· Comfortable engaging and aligning with senior Finance stakeholders
Analytics & SAC Expertise
· Lead end-to-end data analysis from raw data to actionable insights
· Design and develop interactive SAC dashboards (Budget, Forecast, Operational, Portfolio analytics)
· Convert PPT-based financial reports into dynamic, insight-driven dashboards
· Ensure data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across ERP, ATRC, CRM, and manual sources
· Develop analytical hypotheses and identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities
· Synthesize complex datasets into executive-ready visual storytelling

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
· Manage and engage senior Finance stakeholders, including leadership-level discussions.
· Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
· Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
· Delivery-oriented with strong ownership and structured problem-solving mindset.
