⚡️Head of Sports CRM⚡️

We’re looking for a senior leader to take ownership of the Head of Sports CRM role in a multi-brand, international environment. This position is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of sports calendars, thrives in real-time decision-making, and knows how to turn fan behaviour into measurable commercial impact 🚀

📍 Location: Valencia, Spain 🇪🇸 or Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱

➡️ Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a sports-first engagement strategy reacting to live events, odds shifts, competitions, and local market specifics
- Drive lifecycle optimisation and player retention across high-volume sports audiences
- Develop advanced segmentation and predictive models based on sports behaviour, risk, and value tiers
- Oversee sports promotional architecture: calendars, bonus logic, automated journeys, and compliance constraints
- Introduce automation and scalable playbooks for peak event execution
- Lead and grow the CRM function (analysts, execution specialists, regional coordinators)
- Collaborate closely with Trading, Product, BI, and Marketing
- Own CRM performance KPIs and continuously optimise through experimentation

➡️ Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in CRM, ideally with strong Sportsbook exposure in .com markets
- Expertise in segmentation, predictive modelling, A/B & multivariate testing
- Experience in promotion personalisation and KPI ownership
- Proven leadership of large, distributed teams (20+ people)
- Strong operational mindset with high ownership and execution speed
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Experience building scalable CRM processes and tooling
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
