**Position: BDM
Location: Remote**

About the Company:
We are a cross-border money transfer division focused on building and scaling international payment corridors. The company actively develops partnerships with banks, payment systems, and financial institutions across multiple regions.
We are expanding our international presence and are looking for a strong Business Development Manager to drive growth in cross-border remittances.
Role Mission:
Develop and scale the “Money Transfers” direction within the assigned region by building strategic partnerships with banks and payment institutions, increasing corridor coverage, and driving transaction growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the “Money Transfers” business across the assigned region (CIS / International markets).
Promote and strengthen the Remitum brand in the target markets.
Analyze cross-border payment corridors (inbound and outbound) by country and region.
Identify and onboard new partner banks for payout services.
Conduct active sales of cross-border money transfer solutions to banks and payment systems.
Prepare presentations, commercial proposals, and informational materials for partners.
Conduct C-level negotiations and conclude partnership agreements.
Manage the full onboarding cycle of partner banks: from initial sale to live traffic launch, including further business expansion.
Monitor and report on sales performance, profitability, and execution of project roadmaps.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks related to cross-border projects.
Participate in профильные industry exhibitions and conferences.

Requirements:
Higher education degree.
5+ years of experience working with money transfer services, agent banks, payment systems, or payment companies.
Strong understanding of local and cross-border payment markets.
Proven experience in partner acquisition and relationship management.
Experience conducting negotiations with C-level executives in banks and payment institutions.
Own client base and warm contacts among decision-makers in banks.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Proactive mindset and results-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Working Conditions:
Full-time (5/2 schedule).
28 calendar days of paid leave per year.
Remote format.

About the Company:
A payments company building product solutions for high-risk and mid-risk segments. The company is launching a new Electronic Wallet product for the Russian market and is looking for a Product Manager to lead this initiative end-to-end.
Role Mission:
Launch and scale an Electronic Wallet product tailored for high-risk and mid-risk merchants in Russia, ensuring strong product-market fit, competitive positioning, and sustainable GMV growth.
Scope of Responsibility
The Product Manager owns the E-Wallet product end-to-end:
Product vision and strategy
Market research and competitive analysis
Merchant interviews and requirement validation
Hypothesis generation and prototyping
Go-to-market launch
Growth strategy and roadmap execution

Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision & Strategy
Define the product vision and long-term strategy for the Electronic Wallet targeting high-risk merchants.
Identify positioning and differentiation within the Russian market.
Build and maintain the product roadmap.
2. Market & Merchant Research
Conduct research of the electronic wallet market and competitive landscape.
Analyze reference wallet solutions and benchmark best practices.
Conduct interviews with merchants to gather requirements and validate demand.
Identify pain points and unmet needs in high-risk and mid-risk segments.
3. Product Hypotheses & Validation
Develop and prototype product hypotheses.
Test hypotheses with merchants and iterate based on feedback.
Define core wallet features aligned with market expectations.
4. Go-to-Market & Growth
Lead the wallet launch to market.
Identify growth levers and expansion opportunities.
Continuously optimize product-market fit and performance metrics.
5. Delivery & Development
Coordination.
Define clear tasks and requirements for the development team.
Control execution of the development plan and feature releases.
Ensure alignment between product goals and technical implementation.

Requirements (Must-Have):
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the electronic wallet domain.
Strong understanding of high-risk and mid-risk markets (gaming, skins, loot boxes, etc.).
Deep understanding of P2P mechanisms in the Russian market.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the product.
Will Be a Plus:
Experience as a Key Account Manager or in sales within payments / high-risk segments.
Experience working with wallet integrations and merchant onboarding flows.
