🔎 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Lead backend development and set delivery/engineering standards
▪️ Drive high-quality execution and modernize legacy components
▪️ Stay hands-on with coding (~50%) and support architecture decisions

💼 What we’re looking for
▪️ 6+ years of experience with C**#/.NET
▪️ Strong SQL skills (SQL Server / PostgreSQL)**
▪️ Experience with messaging systems like Kafka / Solace (or similar)
