Location: DUBAI (onsite only)❗️❗️❗️❗️

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for in-house developed AI platform and public cloud-based platforms like AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Open AI.
Design, develop & maintain efficient, scalable, and robust platform that power real-time and batch AI workloads/apps, support AI and machine learning workloads, and ensure the platform's long-term viability. Design and develop application frameworks to enable the rapid deployment and development of advanced analytics solutions and platforms. Drive the adoption of best practices within the team.

Essential Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years in the Banking/Finance or technology sector, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML technologies.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML engineering or data science, including building and deploying models and platforms.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with DevOps/CI/CD practices and 5 years of experience managing teams of 10+ FTEs/contractors.
- Deep technical knowledge in modern AI architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and scalable AI serving.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with an Agile mindset.

Highly Desirable:**

-Experience with GPU management (cloud/on-prem), vector databases, and AI agent development.
- Professional certifications in relevant cloud or AI technologies.
