We are scaling and looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment: from role kickoff to candidate onboarding;

Close collaboration with hiring managers: running intake/briefing sessions and aligning on requirements;

Active sourcing (LinkedIn, databases, referrals);

Candidate assessment with consideration of role and domain specifics;

Improving candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in recruitment;

Experience hiring for consulting and/or product roles;

Ability to switch quickly between different types of vacancies;

Strong ownership, structured approach, and accountability for results;

Hands-on experience with direct sourcing.
