About the job:
Our client is a UK-based FinTech company, that provides an alternative solution to classical banking and develops a focused product that will serve the primary needs of regular people and commercially savvy entrepreneurs.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced.
Responsibilities:
Timely, efficient, and accurate Due Diligence (DD) checks of new and existing customers, ensuring records are accurate in all systems and that supporting documentation is scanned and filed correctly within agreed timelines.
Performing PEP, Sanction as well as Adverse Media checks and analysing the results to eliminate or confirm matches.
Monitoring clients and transactions by investigating alerts generated within the monitoring system.
Preparing responses to partner-bank inquiries.
Identifying and reporting suspicious transactions and activities.
Undertaking additional compliance-related tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
Excellent understanding of KYC/AML/Sanctions/Financial Crime fundamentals with at least 2+ years experience in a similar position.
Understanding of the onboarding process for legal entities.
Legal and regulatory knowledge UK, EU.
Have the ability to analyse and interpret information quickly without error.
Well organised with excellent time management skills.
Suitable interpersonal skills: trustworthiness, ability to maintain confidentiality and to manage sensitive information.

We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager with a solid background in crypto projects.
This role is heavily focused on crypto business development, partnerships, and market expansion, with payments expertise as an important but secondary layer.
πΌ Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development for the crypto project from early-stage growth to scaling.
- Build and develop partnerships within the crypto and payments ecosystem (exchanges, wallets, crypto platforms, PSPs, merchants).
- Actively source, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Use and expand personal industry network to accelerate partnerships and deals.
- Identify new markets, partnership models, and revenue opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations and manage partner relationships end-to-end.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to support onboarding and long-term cooperation.
- Monitor crypto and payments market trends and translate them into commercial actions.
