⚙️Responsibilities:
🔸Partner with leadership teams to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational growth.
🔸Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
🔸Support managers in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cases.
🔸Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
🔸Lead or support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
🔸Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to optimize hiring needs and ensure high-quality recruitment.
🔸Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment.
🔸Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
🔸Coach managers on effective leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
🔸Drive HR projects and support company-wide initiatives related to culture, learning, well-being, and DEI.
💼Requirements:
🔹2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or similar role.
🔹Strong understanding of HR processes, labor legislation, and organizational dynamics.
🔹Proven experience in change management and employee relations.
🔹Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
🔹Analytical mindset and ability to make data-informed decisions.
🔹Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
🔹Upper-Intermediate level of English and Ukrainian.
