• Draft/review legal & corporate docs
• Liaise with external advisors
• Coordinate with Finance, AML & BD teams

Requirements:
• 2+ years legal/compliance/project experience
• Degree in Law / Business / Economics
• English B2+ & strong Russian
• AML/KYC knowledge
Nice to have: fintech or tax structuring experience
