Looking for Lead Affiliate Manager

We’re building a next-generation adult AI playground — fully AI-powered, fully gamified, and designed to become the biggest platform in the category. Our product combines AI companionship, creator distribution, and a scalable gamified monetization system.

📌 Main responsibilities:
— Build, scale, and own the affiliate engine across adult and mainstream traffic sources
— Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and networks; maintain a clean, high-quality partner pipeline
— Own partner performance: caps, payouts, quality scoring, compliance, and fraud control
— Run a strict weekly cadence: new landing pages, creative packs, partner updates, and reporting
— Collaborate closely with Funnels PM on landing page requirements
— Coordinate with Studio team to deliver partner-ready creative packs
— Work with Growth Ops to ensure accurate tracking, postbacks, and attribution

📌 Key requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing / partner management
— Strong background working with Tier-1 GEOs (US, AU, UK, CA) and Europe
— Proven ability to negotiate, close, and retain high-value affiliate partners
— Quality-first mindset with strong fraud detection instincts and compliance discipline
— Hands-on startup operator: high tempo, structured, and execution-driven
— Comfortable owning results end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
