🎨 We’re hiring: Team Lead of Design
(NDA, iGaming company)

We're looking for a Design Team Lead to manage a team of 8 designers and drive the development of strong visual solutions.

Work format: Remote or office-based (Poland / Cyprus)

Responsibilities:
• Team management: task distribution, deadline control, mentoring
• Collaboration with designers, PMs, developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Review of visual concepts, promo materials, branding, email campaigns
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and design systems
• Process optimization, performance reviews, participation in hiring

Requirements:
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator
• 1+ year of experience managing a design team
• Solid portfolio with real-world projects
• Knowledge of Ukrainian language
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and leadership skills
