Our client is a cutting-edge fintech player serving as a payment gateway, orchestrator, and PSP. The company integrates top-tier global and local payment methods into a seamless, high-performance platform.
🔅Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Operations
• Build and develop the PSP payment infrastructure (cards, APMs, crypto, local rails)
• Select and onboard acquirers / EMIs / payment providers suitable for high-risk gambling
• Manage payment flows, including routing, fallback, and cascading
• Monitor and control uptime, latency, and approval rates
🔅Team Management
• Build the payments team from scratch
• Manage and coordinate:
• PSP Operations
• Risk / Chargeback

• Onboard gambling / betting / casino merchants
• Perform merchant risk assessments

• Full ownership of the payments function
• Fast response to incidents and escalations
• Make hands-on decisions without bureaucracy or delays
🔅Requirements
Mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in payments / PSP
• Proven experience in high-risk industries (gambling, betting, iGaming)
• Strong practical understanding of:
• Card acquiring
• Chargebacks
• Fraud prevention tools
• KYC / AML processes (hands-on, not theoretical)
• Experience building or scaling a payments team
• Direct experience working with banks and acquirers
• Experience with crypto payments
• Experience working with multiple acquirers and smart routing
• Knowledge of different GEOs (EU, LATAM, Africa, Asia
