Position: Executive Producer / Publishing Producer
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Salary: negotiable
Experience: 12+ years in PC & console game development and publishing (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch). Strong hands-on expertise with Steam launches (store pages, wishlists, festivals, demos, discounts) and console pipelines (certification, platform requirements). Experience across indie and AAA projects, from GTM and strategic planning to day-to-day tactical execution.
Direct stakeholder and investor management, including strategy alignment, budgets, and delivery oversight. Strong at bridging development, marketing, platforms, and partners, with a deep understanding of platform-specific details.
Legal & tax status: 50% income tax relief in Cyprus. Interested in working with a Cyprus-based company. Visa: BCS.
Languages: Russian (native), English (fluent), Greek (A1, learning).
