🔥Position: ACCOUNT MANAGER / CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

🔥Format: Office Work (no remote or hybrid options)

Your Experience:
✔️ Fluent Russian and B2+ English is required
✔️ 1+ year of experience in Account Management, Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support or a similar role working with partners or clients
✔️ Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple processes, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
✔️ Experience coordinating with internal teams (business development, product, finance, legal, tech)
✔️ Attention to detail and confidence in working with documentation, reporting and CRM systems

Your Responsibilities:
🔹Ensuring smooth onboarding, setup, and day-to-day interaction once a deal is closed by Business Development
🔹Support integration processes, including checking requirements, coordinating timelines and testing, gathering partner feedback
🔹Manage the full operational lifecycle of partnerships: documentation, payment flows, reporting, internal approvals, compliance requirements
🔹Handling all incoming requests, issues, escalations, and coordination with internal teams
🔹Coordinate with product, finance, legal and technical teams to ensure timely execution of partner-related tasks
🔹Maintain CRM and internal systems
