We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our online crypto startup in the iGaming domain

Our product is launching in the end of January 2026, and we are currently expanding our team to grow together

Key requirements:
• Senior-level experience in iGaming / online casinos
• Hands-on experience with crypto traffic
• Existing affiliates network
• Strong understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• High level of independence and strategic thinking
• Fluency in English (C1+)

Responsibilities:
• Building the affiliate direction from scratch
• Attracting high-quality traffic
• Selecting and managing cooperation models
• In the future — building and scaling the team (junior affiliate managers)

What we offer:
• Salary range of €5,000 - 6,000 per month + KPIs
• Fully remote work
• Flexible working hours (within the UAE time zone)
• Vested equity within 2-3 years
