🎯 Product Manager (Website & E-Commerce)
📍 Remote | CET / EET
🏆 Senior / Lead

This is not a generalist PM role.
The role is about owning the website and e-commerce as a product, with direct responsibility for conversion and results.

Focus areas:
• Website & landing pages → UX, flows, conversion
• Full customer journey → first visit to checkout
• E-commerce → product pages, pricing, bundles, upsell
• A/B testing & experimentation as a core practice
• Data → decisions → shipped changes

We’re looking for:
• Experience with web / e-commerce products and real metrics
• Strong understanding of CRO, CJM, and funnel logic
• Ownership mindset (not coordination)
• Experience in mature product environments

Strong plus:
• Product / UX Strategist from large, well-established design or UX studios
• Analytics-driven UX, enterprise or scalable products
(even if your formal title wasn’t “Product Manager”)

❌ Not a fit if your background is mainly low-maturity products without ownership of outcomes.
