We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in European capital markets and bond issuance.

🔍 What you’ll do:
✨ Develop and implement project management standards, frameworks, templates, and governance models
✨ Manage risk and quality across projects, including mitigation planning and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
✨ Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
✨ Continuously optimize processes and implement digital tools to improve efficiency

📌 What we expect:
✔️ 4–6+ years of project management experience in brokerage or related financial services
✔️ Proven experience launching investment products, including regulatory documentation and onboarding
✔️ Strong expertise in the European bond market and end-to-end debt issuance lifecycle
✔️ Experience in structuring and legalization of financial instruments
✔️ English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

We are looking for a Head of Custody Operations to lead our custody function and ensure seamless settlement and corporate actions processes across multiple markets.

🔍 What you’ll do:
✨ Oversee custody operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
✨ Lead corporate actions processes (dividends, M&A events, proxy voting, conversions, etc.)
✨ Manage cross-border settlements (DVP, RVP, securities transfers)
✨ Oversee QI / tax withholding functions and USWT reporting
✨ Implement and manage SWIFT messaging workflows and SRD2 voting processes

📌 What we expect:
✔️ 5+ years of leadership experience in custody operations within brokerage, bank, or depository environments
✔️ Strong expertise in corporate actions, settlements, and cross-border custody across EU, UK, US, and APAC markets
✔️ Hands-on knowledge of QI tax withholding, USWT reporting, and CSD segregation rules
✔️ Experience with SWIFT, SRD2 workflows, and settlement system automation
✔️ Fluent English and Russian (other European languages are a plus)
