We are looking for a Platform Engineer / Solution Architect with strong experience in GitOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm to help us build and operate a modern, scalable infrastructure platform.
This role goes beyond traditional DevOps work. The person will act as a technical owner and problem solver, ensuring that infrastructure, architecture, and delivery are aligned with real client needs-especially when clients are non-technical.

Core Responsibilities
-Design, improve, and operate infrastructure using GitOps principles
-Manage and standardize environments using Terraform
-Deploy and operate production workloads using Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm
-Reduce manual operations and configuration drift through GitOps workflows
-Review progress on priority client projects on a regular basis (weekly or bi-weekly)
-Align engineering teams with client goals and expectations
-Identify architectural or delivery risks early and prevent costly mistakes
-Take ownership of resolving misalignment when it occurs

Internal Platform & Tooling
-Guide teams in building or adapting internal and self-hosted tools
-Help reduce dependency on third-party services by replacing or improving:
Hubstaff (time tracking and internal productivity tools)
Google Shared Drive (self-hosted storage and collaboration solutions)
-Promote long-term, maintainable solutions using open-source technologies where appropriate
