**Handle customer inquiries via live chat and email;
Understand issues and provide clear, correct solutions;
Explain products and policies without scripts or fluff;
Work with internal teams to close cases properly;
Keep response quality high across shifts;
Manage your workload independently.

⭐️Who we’re looking for:
Advanced English level (minimum B2, strong written communication required);
Logical, attentive, and calm in conversations;
Responsible and consistent;
Support experience is a plus, not a must.
