π₯ A rapidly growing international iGaming company is looking for a CRM Operations Manager to drive the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple global brands. The role focuses on automation, personalization, and data-driven customer engagement using top-tier CRM platforms.
πΌ Youβre a great fit if you:
β’ Have 2β5 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations, ideally in iGaming or high-risk domains
β’ Are hands-on with CRM tools (Symplify, Optimove, Customer.io, etc.)
β’ Understand lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
β’ Are detail-oriented and comfortable with data tools (Power BI, Postman, Coralogix)
β’ Have strong communication and time management skills
β’ Speak English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level
