Looking for a Head of Payments with full ownership mindset.

Responsibilities
• Build & scale PSP infrastructure (cards, APMs, crypto, local rails)
• Onboard and manage acquirers / EMIs (high-risk)
• Routing, cascading, fallback
• Lead payments, risk, chargebacks & integrations
• Merchant onboarding (casino / betting / gambling)
• Fraud, chargebacks, Visa & MC thresholds
• Direct work with banks and acquirer risk teams

Requirements
• 5+ years in payments / PSP
• Strong high-risk (iGaming / gambling) background
• Hands-on: acquiring, chargebacks, fraud, KYC/AML
• Multi-acquirer setup, smart routing
• Crypto payments experience
• Experience building or leading teams
• GEO expertise: EU / LATAM / Africa / Asia

KPIs
• Approval rate 85%+ (first months) → 88–90%
• Chargebacks below Visa / MC limits
• Uptime 99.5%+
