Trinity Private School is looking for a caring and dedicated School Psychologist to support the emotional, social and academic well-being of our students. This role is central to creating a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for children, teachers and families within our international school community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual psychological support and regular consultations for students.
• Support students facing learning, emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Deliver group sessions and social-emotional learning (SEL) programs, including after-school activities.
• Work closely with teachers: discuss individual cases and offer practical strategies to support students in the classroom.
• Participate in developing and supporting Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Analyze external assessments and translate results into clear, practical recommendations for teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with families to support students’ development and well-being.
Requirements:
• Fluent Russian (native); English is a strong advantage.
• Higher education degree in Psychology.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting (school or learning center; international school experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience in child assessment and ongoing psychological support.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with teachers and parents.
• Readiness to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
