Head of Payments (High-Risk / Gambling PSP)

We are looking for a Head of Payments with mandatory iGaming experience to build and lead the full payment infrastructure for a high-risk gambling / betting PSP.
You will fully own everything related to payments: cards, APMs, crypto, local rails, routing, approvals, chargebacks, and risk.

Responsibilities:
• Onboard and manage acquirers, EMIs, and PSPs
• Build routing, fallback, and payment flows
• Control fraud, chargebacks, and AML processes
• Build and manage the payments team
• Work directly with banks and risk departments
• Onboard and manage gambling / betting / casino merchants

Requirements:
• 5+ years in payments / PSP
• Mandatory experience in iGaming (gambling, betting, casino)
• Strong hands-on experience with acquiring, chargebacks, fraud, KYC / AML
• Experience with crypto payments and multiple acquirers
• Ability to take full ownership and responsibility

KPIs:
• 3 months: 2–3 stable acquirers, approval rate ≥ 85%
• 6 months: approval 88–90%, chargebacks in the green zone
• 12 months: stable, scalable payment architecture with no single point of failure

Senior / Lead level role with full ownership over the payments function.
