About Us:
We are an innovative FinTech startup providing exchange and custodial services for digital assets. As a regulated Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP), we operate across multiple jurisdictions, including Cyprus and Switzerland, and are committed to compliance, security, and cutting-edge blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on MiCA (EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) compliance and its practical application.
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus crypto regulations, including licensing and reporting obligations.
- Advise on Swiss crypto regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Terms & Conditions, user agreements, and agency contracts.
- Support corporate governance, risk management, and internal compliance policies.
- Liaise with regulators and external counsel on cross-border regulatory matters.


Requirements:
- Legal degree and admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of crypto regulations in the EU (MiCA), Cyprus, and Switzerland.
- Proven experience with AML/KYC compliance, including Travel Rule obligations.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in FinTech/crypto.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with VASP operations at least 5 years.
- Familiarity with digital asset custody and exchange services.
- Multilingual abilities (English mandatory; additional languages a plus).
