We’re looking for a Financial Manager who genuinely enjoys structure, numbers, and well-organized processes.

What you’ll be doing:
• preparing and consolidating management reports
• building budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• managing payment schedules and supporting cash-flow planning
• structuring, reconciling, and validating financial data
• collaborating with other departments
• handling day-to-day finance tasks and ad-hoc requests
• optimizing existing financial processes

What matters to us:
• 3+ years of experience in finance / accounting / audit / controlling
• strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, reconciliations)
• analytical mindset and comfort working with large data sets
• hands-on experience with budgeting, planning, and reporting
• proactivity, ownership, attention to detail
• Languages: Ukrainian, English (B1+)
