Community Manager (Crypto / Web3, Telegram)

A crypto media project with a YouTube audience is looking for a Community Manager to grow and manage its Telegram ecosystem (public channel + private community)

Responsibilities:

- Maintain activity and lively discussions in the community

- Engage members and spark conversations

- Work closely with the founder and content lead

**Requirements:
**
- Understanding of the crypto market, especially Solana memecoins

- Experience participating in or managing crypto communities is a plus

- Systematic thinking and proactivity

Format:

- Remote

- Flexible schedule

- Fixed + % (negotiable individually)
