We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst / Auditor to support financial reporting, audits, and process improvements within our growing finance team.

What you’ll do:
✨ Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS & US GAAP
✨ Prepare working papers and ensure data accuracy for audits and group consolidation
✨ Coordinate and support internal and external audits; communicate with auditors
✨ Identify internal control risks and support control design and documentation
✨ Provide analytical support to Accounting, Treasury, and Budgeting teams
✨ Prepare ad-hoc financial and management reports
✨ Work with large datasets, validate data, and contribute to process improvements and automation

W**hat we expect:
**✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
✔️ 2+ years of experience in audit
✔️ Strong knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP and financial statements
✔️ Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query)
✔️ Basic understanding of internal controls
✔️ Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ownership
✔️ Fluent En**glish & Russian
➕** Big 4 / international audit experience is a plus
➕ Basic SQL or interest in automation is an advantage
