🪢 Mid Backend Developer (Go)

SmartTel Plus - European tech group from Tallinn with offices in Germany, Italy, Poland & Latvia.
We build autonomous AI voice/chat agents that deliver real business results.


🟩 Your responsibilities:
- Develop platform APIs for customer data, billing & product config
- Contribute to Core Systems: Customer Management, IAM Centre, Billing Layer
- Build shared services/libraries across engineering teams
- Ensure security-hardened, efficient solutions per best practices
- Maintain legacy PHP/Go services (stability, security, minor features)

🟩 Tech stack:
Dev: Go, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, PHP (legacy)
Ops: GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

🟩 Must-haves:
- 2+ years commercial backend dev (any language)
- 1+ year Go (commercial or personal projects)
- Strong backend principles: API design, modularity, testing, error handling
- SQL/NoSQL databases + data modeling basics
- Unit tests for critical paths
