⚡️Game Producer (Slots)⚡️

A rapidly growing iGaming company is looking for an experienced Game Producer to lead the full lifecycle of slot game development — from concept and prototyping to launch and live operations. A role with ownership, creativity, and cross-team collaboration 🚀

📍Location: Valencia, Spain (relocation supported) or fully remote

➡️ Responsibilities:
- Define and manage production roadmaps for assigned slot games
- Oversee the full development cycle: concept → prototype → production → release → live ops
- Build detailed project plans: timelines, milestones, resources, budgets
- Coordinate game designers, artists, developers, and QA teams
- Act as the key communication point for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Align game features with market trends and business goals
- Maintain clear documentation across all production stages
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark game mechanics & features
- Oversee testing to ensure polished, high-quality releases

➡️ Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in slot game production
- Track record of delivering successful, high-quality slot titles
- Strong understanding of iGaming, player behaviour & market trends
- Familiarity with Unity, Unreal, or proprietary engines (nice to have)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Analytical mindset + passion for gaming
- English — Upper-Intermediate
