Finance & Back Office Specialist
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-time
Abeta Capital, an international financial services firm, is looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Back Office Specialist to support financial processes, maintain operational workflows, and assist with basic corporate and migration documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
* Liaise with external accountants (CY, UAE); upload documents and contracts
* Review financial statements and tax calculations
* Process payments and monitor incoming invoices
* Prepare monthly management accounts
* Support the annual audit by coordinating documentation
Back Office
* Maintain document flow and contract registers
* Track signing and circulation of agreements
* Provide administrative and operational support across teams
Corporate / Migration Support
* Complete forms and prepare document packages (migration, corporate filings)
* Conduct basic contract checks (accuracy of details, dates, amounts)
* Coordinate prepared documents with external legal partners
Qualifications & Skills
* 1–2 years of experience in finance, operations, or back office
* Strong Excel skills
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Fluency in English and Russian
