Legal Counsel (Igaming)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment: Full-Time

 Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and maintain a variety of legal documents, including standard agreements, Terms & Conditions, NDAs, and internal legal templates.
- Providing of full legal support for marketing and advertising activities, partners programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and advertising regulations, particularly in the iGaming sector.
- Conduct legal research and regularly monitor changes in advertising, data protection, and commercial regulations across different GEOs.
- Support internal teams on a wide range of legal matters, contributing to cross-functional projects and business initiatives.

 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or/and Master’s degree in Law.
- 2–3 years of legal experience (either in-house or at a law firm), preferably in IT, digital marketing, or iGaming.
- Sound understanding of contract law and commercial arrangements.
- Strong legal drafting skills in both English and Russian.
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

 Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not mandatory):
- Experience working with influencers, sponsorship agreements, or ambassador contracts.
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience participating in negotiations and the ability to articulate and defend legal positions clearly and confidently.
