⚡️ We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our Head office in Limassol. This role is suitable for candidates with different experience levels: from confident juniors to independent specialists. Responsibilities will be adjusted accordingly.

Responsibilities
General Accounting
🔴Enter, verify, and systemize accounting data in 1C and/or Odoo;
🔴Process supplier invoices, expenses, petty cash, travel reimbursements, intercompany postings;
🔴Maintain well-structured documentation and ensure accuracy of accounting records;
🔴Collaborate with operational teams to clarify and resolve discrepancies;
🔴Support month-end closing;
🔴For more experienced candidates: review postings of junior accountants and provide guidance.

VAT & Indirect Tax
🔴Assist with Cyprus VAT and VIES compliance: collecting invoices, verifying documents, preparing reconciliations;
🔴Depending on seniority - take full ownership of VAT and VIES: prepare full VAT workings, reconcile balances,
coordinate with external auditors.

Payroll Support
🔴Assist with Cyprus payroll preparation: data collection, communication with HR and employees;
🔴For candidates with payroll experience: independently calculate Social Insurance, GESY, and Income Tax contributions.

Requirements
🔴2–5 years of accounting experience (experience in Cyprus is an advantage);
🔴LCCI Higher or relevant accounting studies (ACCA in progress is a plus);
Basic understanding of Cyprus payroll and willingness to learn more;
🔴Basic knowledge of Cyprus VAT or readiness to develop full VAT competence;
🔴Solid Excel skills;
🔴Experience with 1C or Odoo is a plus, but not required;
🔴High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently;
🔴Fluent English; Greek or Russian are an advantage.
