📢 Vacancy: Country Head CIS (iGaming)
📍 Location: Remote

▶️ Due to the expansion of a large iGaming holding into new markets, we are looking for a dynamic Country Head CIS (iGaming) to join our team.

Requirements:
– At least 2 years’ experience managing CIS‑region markets in iGaming (as COO/CMO/CEO or startup lead)
– Deep regional knowledge, familiarity with industry metrics and analytical methodologies
– Fluency in Russian/Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken)
– Strong leadership skills, KPI‑driven and analytics‑oriented mindset
– Proven ability to work independently and lead teams

Key Conditions:
– Hands‑on role in launching and scaling the product in CIS markets

Main Responsibilities:
– Comprehensive market, competitor and audience need analysis
– Develop and localize product growth strategy tailored to regional specifics
– Oversee key funnel metrics: from ad click through to the first bet
– Adapt product and campaign tactics to local market conditions
– Analyze local payment methods and monitor payment onboarding funnels
