What we expect:
📌 4–6+ years of PM experience (finance/brokerage is a strong plus)
📌 Experience building PM processes, standards, and reporting
📌 Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall; PMBOK/PRINCE2
📌 Strong communication & analytical skills
📌 English — Upper-Intermediate+
