📣 CRM MARKETING MANAGER

Weltrade — an international FinTech company with 18+ years in the market — is expanding its team.

🚀 Your mission
• Own the full CRM strategy and lifecycle architecture
• Build onboarding, activation, retention & reactivation flows
• Run multi-channel comms: email, SMS, push, WhatsApp/Viber, in-app
• Launch automated journeys (KYC, deposits, inactivity, trading triggers)
• Track key metrics (retention, FTD, redeposit, churn, LTV)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clean data & smart segmentation

🎯 What you bring
• 3+ years in CRM/lifecycle marketing (fintech/forex/e-com ideal)
• Experience building CRM processes & automation from scratch
• Understanding of trader behavior & value segmentation
• English (B1) + Russian OR Ukrainian (C1 is a must)
